We are a small group of therapists and receptionists who bought the business a little over 4 years ago, and strive to bring more and more of our vision into fruition.
Our therapists are among some of the most well trained in the County, many of whom have been in the field for 20 to 30 years. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. The sessions range from nurturing relaxation and stress reduction, to problem solving, injury or accident recovery, and preventive maintenance.

"TRY SOMETHING NEW" Special
Sometimes your body just realizes that it's time for some attention; a knowing, attentive, caring touch is just the nourishment that it needs to reboot, to refresh, rejuvenate and restore. In some cases the tissue can
be bound by use patterns or injury, and in other cases it may be tensed
by blocked energy or stagnation in the fluid system.
This simple cranial hold at the cranial base & sacrum can bring immense calm to your nervous system, it can settle the mind, soothe the emotions, while helping to profoundly relax, decompress, and balance the relationship between your sacrum & pelvis, your pelvis & spine, and your spine with your neck & head.
Your body can distinguish whether a gentled, slower approach is the right thing to help it relax the most deeply, whereas another time it might respond to a more vigorous approach. We can offer you either or both, alone, or in combination, and help you to discover what is most appropriate.
The new modalities can be combined with each other or with Lomi Lomi, Swedish and Deep Tissue for $68 as long as half the session is in the specialty modality.
A half hour hot tub or sauna will be included in the price. The sauna is more helpful in clearing the skin, detoxing the body and strengthening the immune system, the hot tub is great for softening the tissue and bringing down soreness before a session.
It's recommended to take a warm shower after a tub or sauna to help rinse off what you've released from the skin so it's not reabsorbed, then add a few seconds of cool water to close the pores again. Be sure to hydrate!

* Please arrive a few minutes early to have time for a hot shower before your hot tub to wash off oils or lotions that may foam the water. We provide towels for a $1.00 fee, and you're welcome to bring your own towel or robe if you prefer. There is no towel fee for massage clients. We also have filtered water available.
