Our quaint, rustic little 'throw-back from the 70's' spa is nestled off the main road in downtown San Anselmo where you can choose from several great restaurants, coffee shops, novelty shops, clothing and shoe stores, a gelato shop, bakery, library, and a small park.... something for everyone!

 

One unique feature about us, is that the owners have all worked here in the past, or still do! We have two fenced-in outdoor hot tubs that can accommodate up to 4 people, and two massage rooms so that couples or friends may receive sessions at the same time.

 

 

The tubs are surrounded by bamboo,

wisteria, evergreen trees, and a host of other greenery that opens

onto the sky. Voted "Best Spa in Marin 2007" and "Best Place to Take a Hot Tub Under the Sky 2009"  by the Bohemian Newspaper. 

 

 

 

You are invited to come and rest in our little

garden.  The quiet calm surrounds you as soon as you walk through the front gates.  Take a seat before or after you session,

enjoy a Thai iced tea and slow your day

down for a few moments.

 

On the weekends, it's best to call early in the day or the day before, but you can always be spontaneous and have a good chance of finding just what you need!

 

If we're not busy, you can often get extra time in the tubs or sauna, but do give us an

hour's notice if you want to take a sauna.

There are cold showers right next to the tubs and sauna, and two hot showers inside.  Private dressing rooms are available where your clothes may be left, but please keep your valuables with you.

 

In case you want to take your time and read, there are health

articles on hand, a host of magazines, and photos of unique artwork if you prefer.

 

We have a community bulletin board that carries some of the latest findings in the health and wellness field, brochures and print-outs with bodywork info to help you decide which type of session you prefer.

Exit 101 North or South at Central San Rafael, then head west on 3rd Street which is a one way street. Three streets will merge in about a mile at a Shell station which we call "Miracle Mile", which converge at

another intersection that we call "The Hub" in about another mile.  Continue straight through that light to the 1st stop sign which is Bridge Street and turn left.

At the next stop sign you'll be facing a Fire Station. That will be San Anselmo Ave. where you'll make another left. You'll quickly arrive at one more stop sign which will be our street, Tamalpais Ave. where you'll turn right and then a quick left into that first driveway. Our parking spaces are on the right side of the lot.  The spa is in the rear of our parking lot with all the Ivy draping the fence.

If you're coming up Sir Francis Drake from Greenbrae, Ross, or Kentfield, drive into downtown San Anselmo and turn left onto Tunstead, a very short street that has its first stop sign at San Anselmo Ave. Turn right onto San Anselmo Avenue and travel to the next stop sign that will be Tamalpais Avenue and turn left, then a quick left again into our lot.
